What are progressive glasses?
- A single pair of glasses can cover the entire distance from near to far. They are so convenient that you don't have to put them on and off.
Since a single lens is designed for distance, intermediate, and near vision, the power of the lens changes from distance to intermediate to near. Due to this change in power, at first you may experience some discomfort such as swaying or distortion of your vision, or narrow vision (Most people quickly get used to these changes.)
Since these problems of swaying, distortion, and visual field become more obvious with increasing power,
it is recommended that you start these glasses when you are in your 40s, when the power of your prescription (the power of presbyopia) is not as strong as it can be.
If you start wearing these glasses after your presbyopia has become stronger, it will be difficult and time-consuming to get used to them.
Excellent progressive lenses are available. "Individual Design"
All of the progressive lenses in J contact are with Individual Design.Individual Design is an customed lens that is made according to the prescription power and wearing conditions of each individual. One of the features of this lens is that it minimizes swaying and distortion and ensures a wide field of vision.

Progressive glasses prices
Progressive glasses can be made by changing lens options from standard Glasses Set.
Regular sets are available from 5,400 yen (tax included).
Two types of progressive lenses are available. Please choose your favorite lens thinness among them.Optional lenses are priced as a set (2 lenses).
