For first-time J-Contact users

First time users need a prescription of contact lenses issued by an ophthalmologist.
If you do not have one, you can visit the adjacent ophthalmologist.
※A prescription issued in Japan is required for the first use of J-Contact.

Flow (For First-Time J-Contact Users)

(1) Please visit the adjacent ophthalmologist.
(2) After the examination, the doctor will examine your eyes and issue a prescription. (A consultation fee of 4880 yen is required if you are uninsured)
(3) Please bring your prescription with you.

About an additional purchase(Only disposable contact lens)

You will receive an "Additional Purchase Card" after purchasing contact lens with a prescription issued by the adjacent eye clinic.
You can purchase the same contact lenses as before without a prescription if you have the card.
Additional purchases is available at Shinjuku store, Ikebukuro store or through our online store. (Items can be delivered only inside Japan.)
However, please be sure a contact lens purchased without a prescription cannot be returned or exchanged for any reasons.

*An additional purchase can be made even if you lose the card, after your name, the date of birth or the phone number can be confirmed on our database.
A first-time contact lens user will not receive the card, as follow-up exams must be taken before the next purchase.
You cannot purchase contact lenses that we no longer carrying even if you have the card.
"Additional Purchase Card" will be issued based on doctor's instructions.
Please stop using contact lenses and see a doctor, if you feel something wrong with your eyes.
It is recommended to take a regular check-ups following your doctor's advice even if you do not have any problems with your eyes.
